These Terms and Conditions apply to all products, services, and digital content (“Offerings”) provided by Sabine Darrall T/A Lyne Down Organics Ltd, based in the United Kingdom, referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”.
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any of our Offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Offerings
Our Offerings may include, but are not limited to:
In-person workshops and events
Live or recorded online sessions (including Zoom)
Digital products such as e-books, templates, PNG files, and Procreate brushes
Some Offerings are delivered digitally and others in person. Details of each Offering are provided at the point of purchase.
2. Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically via email or download link. No physical items will be shipped unless explicitly stated.

3. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers
Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of e-books, templates, PNG files, Procreate brushes, and recorded content, all digital sales are final. Once accessed or downloaded, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be offered.
Online Sessions & Workshops
For live online sessions or in-person workshops, refund or transfer policies (if any) will be clearly stated on the relevant sales page. Where attendance is not possible, recordings or alternative access may be offered at our discretion.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
4. Intellectual Property & Licence
All content, materials, images, designs, recordings, templates, brushes, and written materials provided as part of our Offerings remain the intellectual property of Sabine Darrall T/A Lyne Down Organics Ltd and are protected by copyright.
When you purchase an Offering, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials as outlined below.
Permitted use:
You may:
Use digital materials for personal use and within your own business
Use images and templates in client proposals and presentations
Use materials for personal branding, including websites and social media
Print materials for personal or business use
Prohibited use:
You may not:
Resell, share, gift, or redistribute any materials in any form
Upload files to shared drives, libraries, or public platforms
Include our materials in products, templates, or resources for sale
Claim authorship or ownership of our materials
Record, reproduce, or distribute live or recorded sessions without permission
5. Workshops & Live Sessions
For in-person workshops and live online sessions:
Attendance is limited to the named purchaser unless otherwise stated
Recording, photographing, or sharing session content is not permitted without prior consent
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to dates, venues, facilitators, or delivery format where necessary
6. Educational Disclaimer
All Offerings are provided for educational and inspirational purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding specific results, outcomes, or business success. Individual results will vary based on experience, application, and circumstances.
7. Technology & Access
We make reasonable efforts to ensure smooth access to digital Offerings and online sessions but cannot be held responsible for technical issues outside our control, including internet connectivity, device compatibility, third-party platforms, or software updates.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sabine Darrall T/A Lyne Down Organics Ltd shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from participation in or use of any Offering.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase will apply.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
